Located in our fermentary under the arches at Bohemia Place, we’ll be flexing our live and fermenting expertise with a succinct and effective cocktail menu for a complete drinking experience. We’ll be serving some of our classics, like the Madre Rita, alongside a creative menu designed to harness the natural power of their individual components, that will evolve over the following weeks.

Kicking off this Friday, we’ll have Hackney Rascal and her amazing coffee at the Casa – grown on her mothers farm in Guatemala, she’ll be showing us how to drink coffee – Guatemala style.
