Agua de Madre, the original cultured beverage in the gut and functional drink sector, has launched its second crowdfunding campaign.
Founded in 2017 by film producer Nicola Hart, the kitchen table business swiftly blossomed as the wellness drinks market grew and expanded. Today Hart, lovingly known as The Madre, runs a production facility in east London. In the Summer of 2023 Leon Pullin was appointed as MD and the last 12 months have seen rapid growth in our business. The increasing demand for gut-friendly beverages, which are gentle on the stomach, is evident from strategic partnerships like Farmer J, serving over 626 cans per week across all sites. The brand is loved by leading names like Abel & Cole, Whole Foods Market, Daylesford, and backed by a powerhouse of wonderful independents. The introduction of a new recipe in cans have helped to secure Agua de Madre gut friendly beverage.
