Agua de Madre & Cami Vidal / La Maison Wellness competition
By entering the competition, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.
To enter the Competition, you are invited to post a photo of you drinking an Agua de Madre x Camille Vidal La Maison Wellness Blood Orange Bitters straight up or mixed in your favourite cocktail. Use the hashtag #maisonmadres. You must follow @aguademadre, @camillevidal and @lamaisonwellness. Entries may be posted to stories for an additional entry. Entrants will require an Instagram account to enter and must ensure that their entries are set to ‘Public’ or ‘global’. Participants who do not already have an Instagram account may open one at www.instagram.com by following the instructions and reading the relevant Terms and Conditions.
2. The Competition will run from 09:00 AM BST on 1st June 2021 (the “Starting Date”) and the “Closing Time” will be 23:59 PM BST on 15th June 2021 (the “Closing Date”) (collectively the “Competition Period”). For the avoidance of doubt no entries will not be counted before or beyond the Competition Period.
3.Entry is only open to residents of UK Mainland only. Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over (as of the Starting Date) to enter this Competition.
4. By entering the Competition you warrant and represent that your Entry does not and shall not contain any material that, in Flor de Madre’s sole discretion (including but not limited to): (i) Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity, without such person or entity’s prior written consent; (ii) constitutes personally identifying information or other personal or identifying information about you or any individual; (iii) is false, deceptive, misleading, scandalous, indecent, criminally obscene, pornographic, unlawful, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, fraudulent, torturous, threatening, harassing, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or racially or ethnically offensive, or contains nudity, pornographic images, explicit sexual themes or graphic violence; (iv) encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offence, could give rise to criminal civil liability, or could violate any law, or that could otherwise be considered inappropriate; (v) constitute a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file or program that is harmful or invasive or may, or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software, or equipment; (vi) constitutes any advertising, promotional material, or other form of solicitation; or (vii) constitutes any non-public information about a company.
5. You acknowledge that each Entry provided to Flor de Madre may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. You must not upload, display, send, transmit or otherwise make available any Entry in which you do not have all appropriate rights to do so. You warrant and represent that you are the owner and originator of the content in the Entry. You hereby hold Flor de Madre (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) harmless from and against any third party claim arising from your Entry and any material posted by you.
6. Flor de Madre may at its sole discretion opt not to use, without notice or reason, any Entry that Flor de Madre believes is inappropriate or in breach of these Rules or if it simply does not wish to use them.
7. Entry Mechanic: Flor de Madre are looking for participants to post a picture to their Instagram feed of the new Agua de Madre x Camille Vidal La Maison Wellness Blood Orange kefir water, they must be following @aguademadre, @camillevidal and @lamaisonwellness and use the hashtag #maisonmadres. Entries may be posted to stories for an additional entry.
8. Winner selection: Flor de Madre will select a winner at random from all valid entries which have used the correct entry mechanic.
9. In the event that you do not, or are unable to, comply with and meet the Rules, Flor de Madre shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you, without any further liability to you. No liability shall attach toFlor de Madre, Klempka Communications or Halo Comms Ltd.
10. Prize: There is one prize. Five cases (6 bottles a case) the flavour of which Flor de Madre has final approval on - flavour based on availability. One flavour only. The winner will nominate four friends, all of which must be UK Mainland based. Each person (including the winner) gets one case each.
11. No cash alternatives shall be available. The Competition is non-transferable. However, Flor de Madre reserves the right to change the Competition at its discretion.
12. Flor de Madre (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns including Instagram) shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of an Entry, an incorrect email address or name given by you.
13. Flor de Madre (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns including Instagram) accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your Entry. Late, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or suspected fraudulent Entry will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of the Entry (whether electronic or postal) will not be accepted as proof of receipt by Flor de Madre.
14. The prize draw will take place on 16.06.2021 and the winner notified within seven (7) days. The winner will be announced using their original Instagram name and will be required to provide their contact details including a valid email address and/or daytime phone number, to make arrangements for the delivery of their prize – this stands for the subsequent cases for their four nominated friends. Whilst every effort will be made to contact the winner, if this cannot be achieved within 7 days of the original notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original winner.
15. Participants may enter only once throughout the duration of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
16. Winner’s List: the surname and county of the verified winner will be available upon request by sending an email to: email@example.com with the subject line ‘WINNER’S LIST: AGUA DE MADRE INSTAGRAM PRIZE DRAW Promotion’ for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotion. In addition, by taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in publicity relating to the promotion. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram; and Instagram, will not be liable in anyway whatsoever to the participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Promoter only.
18. Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the Agua de Madre Instagram page or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants, fans of ‘Agua de Madre’ or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the promotion. Agua de Madre reserves the right to alert Instagram to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.
As the promotion is run using Instagram, their privacy policies will apply.
20. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have the participants consent and they have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. As part of this promotion, if a participant has not opted-in into our general marketing email, they will still receive emails for this promotion only to let them know if they have won and arrange prize delivery. The surname and county of the verified winner will be made available as set out in paragraph 16 above and winner can object to this by emailing: email@example.com. Otherwise, their personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
21. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all participants, neither the Promoter, nor its agents, will enter into discussions regarding the running of this promotion via social media but will respond to questions via email@example.com
