Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is operated by Flor de Madre a company registered in UK with registered office in London ("Promoter", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of UK aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, agents, or affiliates of Flor de Madre or their families are not eligible.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must submit their name and email address via the competition form on our website [insert URL].

  • Only one entry per person.

  • Entries must be received by 4th August.

4. Personal Data & GDPR Compliance

By entering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

  • Data collected: name and email address. This data will also be shared with our competition partner. 

  • Purpose: to administer the competition, contact winners, and (only if consent is given) send marketing communications.

  • Data retention: Personal data will be securely stored and deleted within [X days/months] after the competition ends, unless you opt in to ongoing communications.
