Night Time Cherry Subscriber Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this pre-sale is Flor de Madre Flor De Madre, The Busworks,
North Road, London, N7 9DP, United Kingdom (“Agua de Madre”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These terms apply specifically to the Night Time Cherry subscriber pre-sale (“Pre-Sale”) and should be read alongside our general website Terms & Conditions.
2. The Pre-Sale
The Pre-Sale gives eligible subscribers early access to purchase Night Time Cherry before its planned public launch on 1 September 2026.
The Pre-Sale opens on 19/08/2026 and will remain open until the available Pre-Sale allocation has sold out, unless otherwise stated.
A maximum of 300 Night Time Cherry packs are allocated to the Pre-Sale.
Pre-Sale availability is limited and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to successful payment and order acceptance.
3. Eligibility
The Pre-Sale is available to recipients of the Agua de Madre subscriber email containing the Pre-Sale offer.
Only available to UK and Northern Ireland residents.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet the eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.
4. Products and availability
Night Time Cherry is available during the Pre-Sale while the allocated stock remains available.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and packaging may vary.
If the Pre-Sale allocation sells out, we will not be obliged to accept further Pre-Sale orders.
5. Price and payment
The price of Night Time Cherry during the Pre-Sale is £37.50.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where appropriate, cancel affected orders and refund any payment made.
6. Order acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product.
Your order is not accepted until we have sent you an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an eligibility requirement has not been met, or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
7. Pre-Sale delivery
Pre-Sale orders are expected to dispatch from 26/08/2026.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Where applicable, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If a cancellation right applies, we will provide the relevant instructions for exercising that right.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at madre@flordemadre.co.uk
We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to the Pre-Sale
We will not materially change the Pre-Sale terms in a way that disadvantages customers who have already placed an order, except where necessary to comply with law or in circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any significant change to the Pre-Sale will be communicated clearly.
11. Availability and launch
The planned public launch date for Night Time Cherry is 1st September 2026.
The public launch date does not guarantee that Night Time Cherry will remain available after the Pre-Sale or that additional stock will be available.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland], and the courts of [INSERT JURISDICTION] will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
